We’ve had issues with a damp house for a long time, so we got quotes from several companies. Auckland Air Solutions responded quickly with a very competitive quote. The sales consultant was friendly and always ready to answer our questions. After the ventilation system was installed, we’re really happy — no more crying windows, and the house always smells fresh! Very pleased with the whole process!

We were quoted by Shane, who took a good 40 minutes to properly measure the whole property and presented us with the best size ducted heat pump to suit our needs. He also provided a very detailed design and a very competitive quote. Within a week, the system was installed. The installation team was very professional and tidy, and after the installation, they gave us a detailed demonstration of how the system works.
Overall, a very good experience — highly recommended!
